Return policy

Shipping costs for an order amount below € 100.00 are € 14.00. Above an order amount of € 100.00, no shipping costs are charged in the Netherlands. This does not apply to an order from BioClean; in the case of BioClean, no shipping costs are charged in the Netherlands for an order from a box of 9 bottles. Shipping costs must always be paid for returns

Articles can be returned up to a maximum of 14 days after the delivery date.

The article must be unused and undamaged.

The article must be in the original, undamaged and unwritten packaging.

The return shipment must be provided with a shipping note number or invoice number (or the return form on our website) and of course your name and address details.

Pack the article in a suitable outer packaging and send it to the address stated below.

Please note: you must pay sufficient postage for the package yourself. Dental International does not have a reply number.

When returning items, it is the sender's responsibility to ensure that Dental International actually receives them. Please note this when choosing the shipping option with your carrier.

Once we have received the return shipment, it will be checked. If it meets the stated conditions, you will receive a credit note.

Items that have been specially ordered for you can never be returned.

When sending items with a total value of more than €100, no regular shipping and handling costs of €14.00 will be charged. If the total original invoice value falls below €100.00 by returning an item, the regular shipping costs will still be charged.
